Maximum Tax Relief provides a cloud-based platform for:

• Federal and State Tax Preparation.

• Bookkeeping and Business Consulting.

• Referral services for Commercial Loans and Lines of Credit.

• Referral services for ACA Healthcare and Life Insurance.

• Tax Refund Advance Loans (up to $6,000, subject to third-party lender approval).

3. No Professional-Client Relationship (Until Engagement)

Use of this website or submission of an application does not, in itself, create a tax preparer-client or fiduciary relationship. A formal relationship is only established once you have signed an engagement letter or service agreement with Maximum Tax Relief or one of our authorized 1099 Independent Contractors.

4. User Responsibilities & Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information. Maximum Tax Relief is not liable for tax penalties, interest, or denied loan applications resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

5. Independent Contractor Status

Many of the individuals providing services through our platform are 1099 Independent Contractors, not employees of Maximum Tax Relief. While we provide the platform and software, the individual Tax Preparer is responsible for the professional execution of their services.

6. Third-Party Products & Referrals

• Loans: Maximum Tax Relief acts as a referral partner/advisor for commercial and tax advance loans. We do not personally fund these loans. Terms and credit decisions are determined solely by the third-party lender.

• Insurance: Insurance products (Life/Health/ACA) are offered through licensed affiliates and are subject to state-specific regulations and carrier approval.

• Third-Party Links: Our site may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.

7. Refund Advance Loans

Refund advance loans (up to $6,000) are subject to availability, lender criteria, and no-credit-check requirements where applicable. Not all clients will qualify for the maximum amount or any amount.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

• Attempt to bypass site security or access data not intended for you.

• Submit AI-generated or falsified documents during the application or tax filing process.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximum Tax Relief, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
